Business Communication Course:
Team Corporate Presentation
When a University of Arizona student is admitted into the Eller College of Management, they will be taking a course called Business Communications in Corporate Business, BCOM314. In this course we are grouped randomly into a team of 5-6 students to do company research to present in total of 3 times, on 3 different subjects. My group and I did company research on Salesforce, the #1 CRM company in the world. Our third presentation was our team's personal best because we really established the core problem Salesforce is having when it comes to the company expanding their services into China. Our team decided that as a resolution we would incorporate Chinese Salesforce digital ads and video ads to gain trust in China, as well as create American digital and video ads to propose to America that they will not loose our trust when expanded to China. This presentation is formatted to be directed towards Salesforce's CIO as we presented.
My Key Contributions
As a team, every member of our team has their own part to the deliverable. Being knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and program management, I took on the role of creating an Excel Data Chart which represents a timeline for implementation of when our Chinese and American ads are planned to be implemented in the following 4 months.
The Excel document incorporated formulas that I had to alter in order to have the right data be shown on the timeline itself at the correct period of time.

A lot of my research was also in the partnerships Salesforce has with Mulesoft and with NTT Data. I found NTT Data is one of the sole sources ISalesforce has when expanding to China because they specialize in consulting businesses in China about technology implementation. Having knowledge on these partnerships, I was able to implement in the timeline of consulting process and during the deliverable of the ad campaigns.

Social Media | Technology Profile Work
From my recent work this summer as a Data Entry and Social Media Specialist, I primarily worked on a project of evaluating the data engagement from Malibu Island Rentals' current and potential clients. I did this by utilizing Instagram and Facebook's Business Analysis tool. I was able to be a part of the project of creating sponsored social media posts, where I would track what countries would be obtaining the video sponsor of a rental property in Malibu Island. And
I continue to utilize the Business Analysis tool on Facebook and Instagram with my passion projects and work, being that I am the Social Media Manager for my the Peer Academic Leader work and for the Arizona Women's Club Water Polo Team.
This role entails not just content distribution but data analysis of the content and analyze how it is affecting potential and current audience members. Therefore, I have been using the data tools on those social media platforms to see who interacts with us and where do they come from. The example below is a follow up from the past week on the Arizona Women's Club Water Polo Team's Instagram discoveries by different users, shown in this analysis data table.

For my work as a Peer Academic Leader and for the Arizona Women's Club Water Polo Team, I have created several of each communities social media domains, which include website, Instagrams, and Facebook accounts. These are important when connecting with our students for the Peer Mentoring Program online, and for the water polo team to attract new potential members, and keep the university club sports department updated on our team.
